Course Overview

This course is designed to challenge you to think through common and less common problems using a structured problem-solving process in order to generate new and original solutions. The course will provide you with the knowledge, tools and techniques to be better at solving problems effectively and efficiently.

Course Objective

• Develop solutions to workplace problems by applying appropriate problem-solving techniques
• Incorporate whole brain thinking strategies into a personal approach to solving workplace problems.
• Recognize and overcome barriers to using creative problem-solving in management practices and decisions.
• Develop a strategic plan for incorporating creative problem solving into an organization.
